I have a 15 year old daughter who is friends with some of the victims. One of which lives several blocks. I fear for my daughter's safety. Keep predators like this locked away.

This man harassed my 16 year old niece with sexual comments. He followed her for 2 blocks while she was walking to her friends house making her extremely uncomfortable. Let's put him behind bars so we know our teenagers are safe
