If the suspect in any way verbally or physically asked and/or motioned for an underage person to approach him, go some where with him or meet him somewhere and then engaged in a sexualy explicit conversation with an underage person while telling them he was horny or asking that of the person causing the person to be disturbed and/or fear for her safety while having the perception that the suspect may want to do something sexual with her then this is Child Enticement SS 948.07
