It is a shame when someone that you think you know doesn't turn out the way you think they are. . I don't know how someone that comprehends so little can function to drive, read signs etc. That is a danger in itself. But to be able to say the things that he said... that takes some thought.

He obviously isn't fit for civilian life. The man needs help . He shouldn't have gotten such a low bond . What he did and this could have turned out is a serious issue.

I grew up in Brodhead and never had anything like this to worrie about... this is bogus that he has been released from jail.... he needs to b locked up
