I deeply believe that Iranians are a truly cultured and civilized people, distinct from their government; they simply seek a normal life. I urge you to reconsider the visa policy for Iranians.

We are simply asking for a fair and transparent process. Iranian applicants have worked hard and followed the legal pathways to migrate. Please assess our visa applications fairly and without discrimination, and give us the opportunity to move forward with our lives. 🇮🇷🤝🇦🇺

I respectfully support this petition for fair, transparent, and timely processing of skilled visa applications from Iranian applicants.
Many of us have spent years preparing for migration, completing skills assessments, English tests, medical examinations, and all required procedures. We have received invitations, submitted complete applications, paid significant fees, and put our lives on hold while waiting for a decision.
We fully understand that security and background checks are important.

We, Iranian skilled workers and professionals, respectfully ask for the reconsideration of the recent restrictions affecting Iranian applicants, including skilled-worker visa pathways and access to Pearson/PTE examinations. Many of us have spent years building our qualifications, preparing for migration, paying examination and application fees, and planning our futures based on these pathways.
We are ordinary people seeking the opportunity to work, study, and build a better future.

Many people have strived immensely and over many years to immigrate to Australia, and they deserve respect. Therefore, respect them and do not leave them in limbo; either acknowledge that they would be an asset to your country or explain to them, with logical reasons, why they are not a suitable fit.

After years of waiting, many Iranian skilled visa applicants are still left without clear information about the progress of their applications. We have invested our time, money, and energy into building a future in Australia and have patiently followed the required process. We are not asking for special treatment, but simply for fairness, transparency, and equal consideration of our applications.

I signed this petition because behind every application is a person who has spent years planning their future, investing time, money, and hope in the Australian skilled migration pathway. Waiting for years without meaningful updates is incredibly difficult. We are not asking for preferential treatment—only fairness, transparency, and equal consideration of our applications.

I signed this petition because the long delays and lack of communication have left many Iranian skilled visa applicants in a state of uncertainty for far too long. We have followed the rules, submitted our applications, and patiently waited for our turn. All we are asking for is a fair and transparent process, clear communication, and equal treatment for every applicant, regardless of nationality.
