After years of waiting, many Iranian skilled visa applicants are still left without clear information about the progress of their applications. We have invested our time, money, and energy into building a future in Australia and have patiently followed the required process. We are not asking for special treatment, but simply for fairness, transparency, and equal consideration of our applications.

It is not fair that Iranian visitors and the skills workers banned.
Australia should be more fair in this cases.

I have waiting for 46 months since dec 2022 and Department of home affairs policies have ruined my whole life. Inequality against Iranian applicants are clearly visible.

I believe this policy unfairly discriminates against Iranian applicants based on their nationality. Many of us have met all visa requirements and invested years of effort in this process. We respectfully ask the Australian Government to restore a fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory visa process for eligible applicants.

I am signing this petition because PTE is an important English test for many Iranian students and immigrants. Removing access to PTE for Iranian candidates is unfair and can seriously affect our education, migration plans, time, and money. We should have the right to take the test like other candidates around the world.
