This man whose heinous, vile treatment of this animal needs to go punished. This person needs to go to jail and get a felony count. Animal abusers are not going to be tolerated. They are in the same league child abusers. Lock him up!!!

The Norristown PD has consistently been kind and thoughtful, toward animals, and measured with their owners in animal control situations. The fault lies, alone, with the owner who must be held accountable.

This poor dog done nothing wrong and the owner just allowed him to die for no reason. The owner is disgusting and a poor excuse for a human being and needs to be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law!!

I was one of the people that consistently reported the neglect and abuse this dog suffered when I first learned about it. There are many that never followed up on the abuse and neglect that was reported. Shame, shame, shame on you.

No one should ever have to suffer such a horrible tragedy and the owners who allow this should have ever be allowed to ever do this to another animal ever. Like they have sites for sex offenders, they should have them for animal abusers as well
