Reducing this sentence undermines the economic structure of the industry. Premium fruit will become the target of any unscrupulous individuals or networks that wish gain from the efforts of others with little risk to themselves.

Mr. Hill is fortunate to have only one felony conviction. The felony conviction and full restitution should be adhered to.

How could this major theft not be considered a felony? I am opposed to any reduction in these charges.

I am opposed to any reduction in the charges against Mr. Hill. He should be charged with a felony and be ordered to make full restitution.

we agree with the Dave Del Dotto family regarding this matter. It's bad enough that the theft occurred let alone by a trusted ex employee.

How could this theft not be considered a felony. Mr. Hill should not get anything less than another citizen in California.

This is NOT a misdemeanor! Mr. Hill knowingly stole valuable property to benefit his business and should have to pay for his crime.

Felony theft must be enforced to the letter of the law. A strong message must be sent to prevent this from happening again.

I agree with the Del Dotto family that the punishment for the crime should not be reduced, and the criminal should be subject to the stolen grapes from 10/17/14.

The 10/21/14 theft should be considered a felony. Also, the 10/17/14 theft should not be dismissed!

Grapes are very valuable to this region and stealing them should be a crime. Stealing hurts the Napa Valley Economy which is so beautiful. It also hurts tourism
