It should be a felony. $800,000 is a major theft.

He should be accountable for his actions. He has worked in the wine industry and knows that theft should not be tolerated and is a felony. We need to throw the book at Mr.Hill.I hope the DA and the judge do the right thing and sentence him to jail.

This theft damaged not only Del Dotto Vineyards, but caused a scandal in Napa Valley which up until this event has been known as a community that has practiced a philosophy of "help thy neighbor."

Theft is theft. As our system keeps letting people get away with things they are Impowered by that and feel they can move on to bigger things and still get away with it.

The wine industry must be protected and by rewarding the crime that Mr.Hill committed to him as only a misdemeanor will only invite other potential criminals to be, not using a pun but, produced.

I sure hope this doesn't get reduced to only a misdemeanor. Justice must be served.
