Protect our superheros! First they are fired foe not taking unwanted vaccines. And now this. We called them superheros it's not just covid it's everyday risk at these jobs.

Montefiore management needs to hire more nurses and staff to create safe situations for both patients and staff. There is no respect for nurses at montefiore and it is extremely disheartening. It causes moral distress and leads to severe nurse burn out.

I witnessed the incident. Baez did not provoke it. I also attempted pressing the button for security alert and it did not work.
