Its amazing the strength it takes not to retaliate against your attacker … we should commend her not fire her.

I am a nurse at another NYC hospital, and I am appalled at Montefiore’s treatment of this nurse!

Protect our superheros! First they are fired foe not taking unwanted vaccines. And now this. We called them superheros it's not just covid it's everyday risk at these jobs.

Montefiore management needs to hire more nurses and staff to create safe situations for both patients and staff. There is no respect for nurses at montefiore and it is extremely disheartening. It causes moral distress and leads to severe nurse burn out.

This is absolutely absurd. Why would Montefiore retaliate against thus nurse who was obviously attacked and was not provided the protection and support needed. What is going on with the people making these decisions.
