We all need to be treated equally and respectfully. No one in any department is to be treated differently. An attack physical verbal or emotional to any nurse in any department, by anyone, is an attack against us all! Unacceptable!!

This is disgusting! The abuse of staff from management is crazy! Where is the support for the victim who was assaulted by a patient?

No health care provider should have to feel threatened or scared to come to work. Montefiore needs to do more. Instead of spending money on adds and billboards , spend it on extra security or staffing. I’m disgusted On the lack of care For the employees.

There is a pattern of nurses and other healthcare workers being discouraged from raising safety concerns in their workplace

Physical assault against a nurse is a felony! The healthcare industry turns a blind eye to such assaults and retaliation is their only response. Inadequate management knowledge and skills needs to be addressed instead of further victimization of the assaulted staff.

There is never any defense or concern for our nursing community from HR, management or higher up we are sitting duck's waiting to be shot at.
