Since working through COVID we are all suffering mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. We need support and safe place to work. I’m also an ED nurse and some of the same patients we risked our lives and cared for during COVID are same patients now attacking us. If we all quit, there would be no hospital period.

That's right! Nurses are super heroes and not super human. We bleed, hurt and have pain just like every one else. Administration and management should be ashamed of themselves. We should no longer stand for there nonsense.

Is it OK for patients to physically attack staff out of their frustrations? We have reached new lows in health care.

it is a serious problem when a hospital doesn’t advocate for their nurses who keep hospitals up and running!
