ვაცხადებთ საზოგადოების ინტერესს შინაური ძაღლის, ჯეკა კერესელიძის 2022 წლის 8 ივლისს მუხათწყაროში სატრანსპორტო შემთხვევის შედეგად სასტიკად მოპყრობით სიკვდილის გამოძიების მიმართ საქართველოს სსკ 259.1 მუხლით ცხოველთა უფლებების დასაცავად.

პეტიცია მიზნად ისახავს სსკ 259 მუხლში ცვლილების შეტანას, რომ მოხდეს ავტოსაგზაო შემთხვევის შედეგად დამდგარი ცხოველის სიცოცხლის მოსპობის კრიმინალიზაცია.

We hereby declare public interest to the investigation of the death of the pet dog, Jeka Kereselidze, on 8 July 2022, as a result of the car head-on collision following the cruel chase in Mukhatskaro with the Criminal Code of Georgia, Article 259.1 for the protection of animal rights.

The petition aims to amend the Article 259 of the Criminal Code to criminalize the killing of an animal as a result of a traffic accident.
