It is incumbent on us as citizens, and particularly those in city leadership positions, to be wise stewards of our resources. This includes sensible development for longterm enhancement, not shortsighted overreach for someone’s immediate monetary gain - in this case, the ridiculous density proposed, circumventing the usual rezoning protocol.
NO to rezoning. YES to development benefitting the neighborhood.

I am strongly opposed to rezoning this property. I am disappointed in the City of Dallas' handling of this developer's request. The City of Dallas should not modify zoning of this property.

The zoning process of this case has been a mess. No public meetings, no transparency and the plans keep changing but not shared with the neighborhood.

Rear setbacks at 3 ft with up to 3 floors will completely remove any privacy we have in our house and our backyard (pool) not to mention all the traffic generated in the area. The deed of the property should be followed as it was intended.

The proposed zoning is too dense for our neighborhood, and would result in more congestion on already crowded streets. We would like to see the site developed, but not with the proposed density.

yes to development -
NO to the proposed overreach rezoning - moving from 8 residences to 27 - 15 would be a nice compromise the proposed plan does NOT work

An increase in density to this degree is insane. The negative impact to the neighborhood, especially those who border these lots, it huge. This rezoning request needs to be met with a vigorous denial!

I'm a longtime resident in the neighborhood. This plan is insensitive to the desires of the community and will negatively impact safety, traffic patterns and property values. Plan is inconsistant with neighborhood. We exhort you to stop this plan.
I am not in favor of the zoning change.
