With 7 feet between 30 foot tall houses, minimal front and side setbacks and 67% impervious coverage in the entire development this is a defacto multi family project right here in the middle of our R-16 neighborhood. Please vote No!

The increase in density and resultant harm to the sanctity of our neighborhood is preposterous!

I'm a longtime resident in the neighborhood. This plan is insensitive to the desires of the community and will negatively impact safesty, traffic patterns and property values. Plan is inconsistant with neighborhood and needs to be aborted and denied. I have written to our new Dist. 11 Councilperson to voice my disapproval.

Why is the City allowing something like this in our neighborhood?

I think it is a significant conflict of interest for the city to be considering upzoning a property that they own for their financial benefit.

This is totally wrongheaded plan for development of this parcel of land.

This high density development will permanently impact the Melshire neighborhood in a negative way. Increased traffic, flooding, replacement of greenspace with cement brick and mortar. Vote NO to this development.

Please do not allow the greed of one developer who will not live here to dictate what our neighborhood will look become.
