The proposed zoning destroys the very thing the neighborhood is valued for.

NO!!!! NO TO REZONING, we do not need more traffic on an already busy street which is mainly used as thorough ways to the school and shopping center!

Opposed to the rezoning and the negative impact it would have on our neighborhood. Feel there are many other options for this area that would be more environmentally sound (green space, park, dog park etc.)

I am against this rezoning effort.

I oppose this rezoning proposal; one of my main concerns is the increased traffic at two already busy intersections. At the August 31 meeting, the City said it had not performed and was not required to perform a traffic study. I have other concerns as well but until the traffic issue is sufficiently addressed, I will stay opposed.

I oppose rezoning for high density. Keep existing zoning to preseerve the neighborhood.
