While I am not in the Melshire Estate division, I am a 28 year resident of the corner of Nuestra and Preston Haven Dr. I strongly oppose increasing the density of this plot of land to the extent proposed by rezoning. Because of the potential of flooding, and other environmental consequences, I oppose this. Because of the traffic and congestion it would create, I oppose this. Please vote against rezoning.

I have loved living in this neighborhood since 1997. During the years I have seen lots of changes and improvements, including my own. All of us had to stay within the rules of our neighborhood zoning restrictions. The city building and permits departments continued to be quick strict. I feel quite BULLIED by the city and the builder to try to push this rezoning on the neighborhood for their obvious greed .

We don’t need more traffic in our area. We already lost a fire station due to the tornado we do not have the safety coverage we need now. Don’t add more problems to this area.
