I do not want an eventual special of $60k like Emerald Isle but I think it is absolutely ridiculous to ask people to pay out during a health pandemic and economic downturn. This needs to be discussed next year because, like it or not, this thing will more than likely come back with a vengeance in the Fall. No, I don't claim to be a virus expert. I just know how to ask the people that are.

I think it would be wise to put all planned projects on the back burner. Current economic conditions do not support a large special assessment at this time. Further discussion concerning any discretionary items should take place.

Given the state of the economy around the U.S. and the world, together with so many unknowns, I am deeply disappointed in the HOA requesting such a large, non-emergency special assessment for which most homeowners have not received full disclosure. In addition, to use the low occupancy as an "opportunity" during these dark times of economic downturn, unemployment, illness and even death is an unforgivable abuse of power.

Seems like a very high quote for painting compared to the old one. This definitely needs to be discussed further before any formal action is done. The annual meeting needs to be moved back. Nothing should be done at this time.

The current board members need to step down or be removed. We need a new board made of up of individuals with interests that serve all owners not just their agenda which is happening with the current board. Not everyone has $20,000 laying around to further some board members insight into what they want to do. And how could I sell my unit with disclosure of an assessment that high. Also the May Owner's meeting needs rescheduled to September I hope the current board is watching the news but if they are not there is a Pandemic going on in the US and people are dying everyday!!
