A Military Mother has Signed a blank check to protect and defend this country. This includes orders to deploy to where ever she is needed. To punish someone who is serving their country by taking away her right to a 50 percent custody arrangement is absolutely WRONG.
A Mother Or Father should never be punished for serving their country.

Our Military members should not be punished for their commitment and service to our Country. This is the last thing any parent should have to worry about especially coming off of a deployment. I understand the need for stability in a child's life but some things need to be taken into consideration and this absolutely one of them. By no means does her career choice make her an unfit parent!!
