Y wud u base custody time on service time...doesn't make u a bad parent to b in the military. .just one more ridiculous thing wrong with our judicial system n she has to have petitions signec to get it back...what has happened to common sense?

It is a joint military family, there may be a time the father has a deployment. A different set of rules needs to be established or this poor family is going to be bouncing back into your courtroom every time there is a military obligation of a parent. This is the sacrifice they signed up for, it is not a sacrifice that should be punished.
