All children deserve to be with both parents they both in military when dad has to leave they going send him back and that bound may be lost because the courts have failed so many.

She serves OUR NATION, to protect us and her son from all, but yet, she can't protect him from "Monsters" of our own government who has the ultimate life changing decision of his future. Unless this child is in harms way due to this mother's neglect, why shouldn't both parents share equal opportunities to be apart and raise this child's?

Please do not punish a mother for serving her country. She deserves to be able to spend an equal amount of time with her child & she should be able to provide for herself & child

Because in the state of California if I get less time with him I basically have to pay the difference to equal 50% of my time.

By keeping a child away from a parent is not in the best interest of the child. Every child needs their Mom and Dad...and neither should be penalized for serving their Country. God bless and Good luck! Hope the Courts open their eyes for this Mom

I feel they both deserve custody. I don't know whole story but if there is no fault of the mother, let her see her son. Kids a resilient and can handle way more then what we give them credit for. I am sure as a mother myself if she sees her son turning into a different child and not able to handle being away from the dad I am sure it would be 1 simple phone call.

I think it is wrong to do this when the son was with father, because of mom's deployment. We are retired military and we had friends who had to leave children with exs or parents for deployment. This isnt right doing this to this mother.

I had 6 children we split them older with him, younger with me, my older still have problems with this. This child deserves equal time to both parents.
Little boys need their moms.
