Best of luck! I hope that the courts realize your child should be able to have equal time with both parents.

A dual military family means that the "stable environment" may indeed be upset if the Father is called to deploy. This ruling implies greater compassion or importance to the Father's service to country than it does to the Mother's service. In the United States there are thousands of military families who go through deployments and whose children are left in the care of one parent or even at times other family members during that time,. Does this ruling imply that all of those children should not be given back to their deployed parent when the parent(s) returns? The true victim here is the child who has a Mother who wants to be involved in his life, a Mother who loves her child and who by the way supported the said child, ALONE, when the Father was previously deployed. This case is not about the money, it is about the little person who needs to have equal time with both parents. The courts should not turn a blind eye to the blessing of a child having TWO parents who want the best for him or her.

It's only fair for the child and the parents for a 50/50 custody!

The most you can hope and pray for is that a child is in a stable and loving environment. . .especially when a parent is serving our country and is deployed with no choice but to be removed from caring for that child. . .no where does that say that parent stopped loving nor wanted their parental rights divided and changed. This is an absolute disgrace in our system especially to those who give so freely of both themselves and their family. STOP this now!

A military mother is more than capable/worthy to care for her child. And deserves to be able to spend equal time with her child.

A Navy mom who is defending our country, should never have to fight for the right to be a momma to her son.
