A Rooftop Deck will be a great addition to the neighborhood. Smart business desicion and great way to maximize on square feet revenue, balancing out over priced Miami commercial real estate cost.

I feel this restaurant operation will be a delightful and wonderful neighborhood-friendly addition to the Locals-oriented Sunset Harbour Neighborhood of Miami Beach.

Please build this. You have much more establishments you should be looking into. This would be a nice place to dine.
