As a fellow chef and local business owner, I believe this new concept will enhance the Sunset Harbor area and will not increase noise levels from simple ambient music on the rooftop deck. Jeff and Janine are well respected operators, chefs and local minded Miami beach patrons and residents.

This project would be such a good fit for the neighborhood that is already home to fine establishments like Purdy Lounge, B&B, Pub Belly. Please let them go ahead with the project as Jeff and his partner are well known resraraunters already and have given us such amazing establishments here in Miami Beach

I think this is a great idea. And it seems to me that the building is so far away from nearby residential projects that there wouldn't be any negative impact.
