I don't think residents are opposed to this at all. I'm a resident and I love the idea of a rooftop in my neighborhood! Yes to the rooftop.

I have had the pleasure of getting to know Jeff and also worked with him for many years in the South Florida area. Everything that Jeff has put his hands on has been a success. Him and Janine, which is also an incredible talent and genuine person, both understand our community and If there is anyone that can make this place a great success will be them. Please grant them the permission to open this restaurant. It will be an amazing addition to our neighborhood.

I pass this building regularly on my way as I work in the area and wonder when will they do something with this building. This seems like a welcomed addition to the great restaurants and environment that is growing in the area. And we know these two will be successful so why not cut the red tape and give them the support they need.

Chef Mcinnis and Chef Booth have proven their reputable cuisine in Miami, and us local Miami residents look so forward to see what they are about to unravel at this new location. There is a gap in the market for the ideas they have projected for this space that is sure to appeal to everyone. Their taste in amazing flavors laced with classy ambience never siezes to impress. I am CONFIDENT there will be no issues for noise disturbances with the rooftop deck. A loud, obnoxious environment is not their style and I am confident it will be a tasteful and pleasant selection of music to play at a comfortable level. The neighboring residence will find they appreciate this new establishment from every dimension.

These owners open and operate very professional & high quality restaurants. I fully support this new one with a rooftop as i think the dining experience would be exceptional.

As a local Realtor, I welcome anything that positively enhances the neighborhood, ESPECIALLY Jeff's new restaurant and a much improved Sunset Harbour! This building is NOWHERE NEAR any residences. Build it!
