Do NOT Expand Heber Airport

With his permission. Please do not expand the Heber City Airport. We do not want the noise and exhaust and additional fuel over our heads.

Why? What do we have to gain? Pollution, disruption of our homes and lives. Nothing good.

Please do not expand "Park City's" airport in Wasatch County! It belongs in Summit County, anyway!

There is absolutely no benefit to any resident of Wasatch County, with exception of those few people who may be directly involved with airport operations.

Please do not expand the airport. We do not need increased noise and pollution in this lovely valley. We must regulate our growth and not allow this expansion. Expansion will not benefit the Heber Valley in any way.

All three of the new members of the city council said that they were not in favor of an airport expansion. Don't use semantics by saying we need an airport "safety upgrade". That will still make you a liar. 85% or more of the people in this valley don't want anything changed at the airport. No expansion, no safety upgrade, no pretty flowers. Do what the people want for a change. Just like that girl in the movie Frozen, just "Let it go".

No airport expansion or increase in air traffic, period. It's a serious issue already.

Unfortunately, Heber City has the control over the airport, but it affects the whole Heber Valley. It is a county issue. There has been a huge increase in the air traffic as it is, including low flying jets and helicopters with flight patterns right over my house and neighborhood at all hours of the day and night. We should all be concerned about the air, noise, and light pollution that we are already experiencing in the Heber Valley and do something about it before it's too late. We say NO to any airport expansions or 'upgrades'

When Park City can not even tolerate one helicopter bringing guests into the film festival, why is it acceptable to pollute our air and expect us to foot the bill? I say NO to an airport expansion and would like to see the airport moved to somewhere over by Home depot!

I went to meetings years ago and thought this stupid issue was long done. It would be nice if the airport board would represent the residents here. Please don't feed me the baloney about how much money people spend daily in the airport cities. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN here.

The current airport is sufficient for the needs of the valley it serves. There's no reason to expand into a greater market when the Provo airport is a short 27 miles away. If those folks in summit county want Heber to expand our airport, then those same people should find a place in summit county to build one that will support their needs. Coalville has some nice flat land...

Do not expand the heber airport... For the one hundreth time. Stop trying to push or down our throats. A small airport is all the valley needs

The airport has already developed into an entity which burdens rather than serves the community. It is a source of money and fun for a few.

A market analysis will agree with whomever hired it to be done. That will be Heber City!!!

Keep things safe the way we need. Bringing Larger aircraft in is a mistake this county should avoid. The airspace here is to small to Facilitate These Aircraft,.Jim McCleary

We just don't see the need and have enough planes flying over us as it is.

The facility is adequate at present and clean air is a higher priority than flying people into Park City.

This is a very adequate facility for the class of air craft it was designed and gradually upgraded for. Wastatch County is under no obligation to accommodate the ever larger toys and conveniences the uber rich believe they are entitled to. We ARE obligated to do all we can to maintain the quality of CLEAN AIR, relative quiet and controlled growth that are part of the quality of life in this valley. NO to any air port expansion.

This expansion needs to be put before the Heber valley residents on an official ballot! I agree with everything on this petition!
