Concerned about the traffic this many homes will create at an already tight intersection.

I am opposed to this travesty at Hadaway Rd. It sounds like the Cobb County commissioners are trying to pull a fast one to the residents in this wonderful place. You should be ashamed.

We absolutely do not want this property decimated by 40 homes! We moved from East Cobb to avoid this very thing!

As a homeowner and taxpayer, I am opposed to the added traffic congestion the proposal would add to an already overloaded area. The planned housing density is not in keeping with the adjacent neighborhoods.

Once the baby boomers are gone what is going to happen to what will become a market over-saturation of 55+ communities with not enough 55+ folks to fill them?

STOP! There are far too many 55+ residents in West Cobb. This would only add to the already congested area. Please, please do NOT allow any dense housing in this area!!

This is terrible. Another fight over this. 10houses — that is what was approved and that is what should stand. The builder knew how this was zoned when they purchased the property. Come out and see how small is this property. 40homes? This area is already so congested that people have a hard time getting out of their subdivisions because of traffic. This would only add to the problem. If the Commissioners approve this, they will be showing their lack of respect for the citizens of Cobb County and their lack of concern for the quality of the County itself. Vote NO!

As a Browns Farm resident I strongly feel the space is fine for 10 homes but definitely not 40! Would create much congestion and overloaded roads!!

I am opposed to any more “55+ communities” in West Cobb. Please adhere to the original zoning for this area!
