OPPOSITION TO HADAWAY ROAD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (Z-75)

I am strongly opposed to this.

Too much congestion in this area as it is. STOP building or add more infrastructure first. More roads to accommodate the additional traffic.

I am strongly opposed to rezoning the parcel at Due West and Hadaway.

Definitely don't want it!

Please don't allow this development to go through for our home values.

Traffic is already a bear on Due West and another large development at the proposed location will only cause more problems.

I am not in favor of anything being zoned or built on this property parcel. Too much green space has been lost in this area of Cobb. The traffic implications have already had a negative affect on commuters and the local High Schools are overcrowded..... again!

The density that this rezoning proposes it outside the acceptable boundaries for this location in NW Cobb and will add an undue amount of extra, dangerous traffic to an already overgrown area. I vehemently oppose this planned community.

I am against the rezoning of the parcel of property between Hadaway and Due West rds.

I oppose the current 40 house planned community.

I oppose this development based on the home density on the site.

This property does NOT have room for 40 houses, nor can the nearby roads handle the additional traffic!
