Maintain the previously approved zoning. The roads in this area are already too congested and the intersections are dangerous. Add lanes to the roads in West Cobb starting with Whitlock between Marietta and John Ward road.

Maintain the previously approved zoning. This area is already too congested and adding 40 homes rather than the agreed upon 10 is beyond reason.

As a Brown's Farm resident of 18 years I am dismayed by the changes to this area over the past decade. To zone this area Z-75 is a travesty. The development should remain as previously zoned. This area is already overly congested and dangerous.

Traffic is already horrible. We don’t want East Cobb here

Stick with the 10 homes as agreed upon previously. West Cobb is desirable due to our lower density. Keep it that way. Our home values should not suffer because of the greed of developers.

I am strongly opposed to rezoning the parcel at Due West and Hadaway.

The Hadaway development will lower our property values and greatly increase the traffic for our subdivision and should not move forward

This piece of property will be over saturated if 40 homes are developed. Don’t turn West Cobb into East Cobb.

I am totally against Z-75. The proposed housing density of 3.34 units acre is ridicules to consider and which inconsistent to existing single family home communities in the area. The The Zoning Division provides professional advice on land use regulations and other zoning matters to the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Board of Commissioners, and county management to assist with strategic decision making with the intention of "serving the best interests of Cobb County citizens." Is the BOC serving the the best interests of Cobb County citizens, or developers?

The density was already agreed upon and should stay as is. The proposal is inconsistent with the area.

Too congested in this area, and the roads can't handle the current traffic especially in the mornings.

This will cause more problems with traffic and overcrowding. It will cost everyone more money in the damage it will create and lower property values
