Giving the students permission to carry their own water bottle, refillable or disposable, is time effective, will reduce class disruption, aid in eliminating hygiene and health issues, and is a solution that is readily available whenever the school has drinking water problems.

Athletes need to hydrate throughout the day to stay healthy reducing the risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion and muscle fatigue.

Denial of water is denial of a basic right. Kids require water for metabolic processes and for proper overall health maintenance.

Please allow children to bring bottled water without a doctor's note. Thank you.

May as well throw coffee in there, if we're getting up at 6 in the morning a nice little caffein dose in the morning would be pretty nice

Being abke to have water bottles to school, and in class can take away kids from having to go and use the water fountain and miss what the class is doing.

I had this same trouble til the day I graduated (2015) and I tried to explain to faculty that I needed to be constantly hydrated because a hospitalization when I was little but I guess that didn't cut it.

I believe that we should be able to bring water bottles. The school water tastes disgusting. Plus, nobody would be roaming the halls for water because "that fountain didn't work." There would be less annoyance for teachers since we wouldn't have to leave the class.

I all for allowing the kids to carry water bottle to refill. I every year have to get a doctors not for my child. I feel they should be able to have water to drink through out the day and not limited to the water fountains.

Kids who have asthma need to carry water with them, kids who play sports should most definitely be able to carry a refillable plastic

I find the pmsd rules absolutely ridiculous. When I went to school their rules weren't so redundant. I feel these students are treated as prisoners rather then children growing and learning exploring the different aspects of life.

We have to stop this absurd with constant stressing about our kids not allowing to have water bottles during the day. Hydration is very important in humans development as well as overall health . I hope that this circus will end once and for all..

Yes please! My son is always thirsty and distracted because all he thinks about is how he wants is a drink of water.
