If legal avenues are closed off for re-acquisition of this space, the developer should consider negotiating with citizens in order to redesign the project in order to address reasonable concerns.

Keep Eugene a city for the arts and outdoors. We are made by our land and rivers not by out of state developers. Destroying this land is not reversible. Alongside that we need affordable housing not this.

Please leave the green space green. Please don't kill the trees that have been here for decades. Please don't ruin our neighborhood with overcrowded apartments and more traffic congestion in an already congested area of River Road. There are much better places to build this sort of complex.
