This Petition is to get General Manager of the Charlotte Hornets fired.
As fans of the Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets we have witnessed a lot of questionable and out right terrible decisions over the past few years. Rich Cho has been the General Manager of the Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets since 2011, since then we have seen a lot of ups and downs. Rich Cho has been a key part of what has been a historically bad franchise. His awful draft choices, questionable trades, and just yesterday he made a move that has made MANY fans angry, he made a trade during the draft that gave the Sacramento Kings our 22nd draft choice for an aging 30 year old Shooting Guard. I believe this should be the last year that Rich Cho should be the General Manager of this franchise.
Charlotte and North Carolina is known for their pride for Basketball and Micheal Jordan has made it clear that he wants Charlotte to be one of the best franchises in the NBA but in order for him to accomplish that, he needs to move on and hire an experienced, bright, General Manager that has the drive, the smarts, the will to make Charlotte the basketball destination it deserves.
This Petition is to tell Micheal Jordan, that us Hornets fans, are tired of being mediocre, tired of having one of the worst drafts, year after year. Micheal Jordan, please take time to consider that us fans are no longer happy with the way Rich Cho is guiding this franchise and that we will love to have a new GM that has had success in the NBA, either as a scout, assistant GM, executive, or anywhere else in the NBA and one that CAN and WILL lead this team to the promise land.

MKG picked ahead of Lillard, Barnes, Drummond, and Green with a no. 2 overall pick. The following year Zeller taken with no. 4 ahead of McLemore, Olynyk, Antetokounmpo. The next season Noah Vonleh before Levine, McDermott, Saric. Then the following season C's trade rejected and Kaminsky selected ahead of Turner and Booker. Bad contracts and bad trades on top of bad picks and Cho needs to GO!

Rich Cho drafted 3 power forwards - Cody Zeller, Noah Vonleh, and Frank tge Tank. I dont like the trade - trading the 22nd pick for a 30 year old veteran that didn't play much. 2012 draft, MKG is not a offensive threat. He can play defense, but his offensive game is off point. If you're going to sign players in the free agency make sure you're signing players thst will bring a championship to the city and not role pkayers only to get exit in the 1st round of the playoffs, If we're getting exit in the 1st round of the playoffs I just rather for us to tank the season and rebuild.

I agree, the scouting department needs to go as well. I would love for Jordan to hire someone from the Spurs, GSW, or even the Heat department since they have all had major success in the draft and scouting (Whiteside)

Please fire Rich Cho but also, overhaul the personnel and scouting departments. Draft the best player available in every draft or use draft picks to acquire an All Star....not a 31 year old role player.
