Demand Federal Government Involvement in the Fight Against Lyme Disease and Co-Infections

I have been fighting Chronic Lyme disease for 14 years next month. It went 6 years undiagnosed. I am unable to work a normal job. This disease is debilitating and so misunderstood. Please help us

Our son was diagnosed with Lyme, Babesia and possibly ehrlichiosis in 2013. He suffered for 3 years without any doctor even suspecting he had Lyme & co-infections. We spent $200,000 of our money from 2010 to 2017 being passed from doctor to doctor hoping someone could help us. We stopped counting how much money we spent since 2017 until now, and he still has not fully recovered. We have fired countless doctors for lack of knowledge. It is criminal how Lyme is NOT BEING TREATED PROPERLY, or at all. Most infectious disease doctors won’t even take patients with Lyme disease! Please, do something about this travesty. The people who have Lyme are too tired to fight, and after 15 years, this caregiver is about to give up as well.

My husband has been suffering from Lymes Disease for over 8 years. We struggle to find hom relief. Out of pocket. Main Stream "medical doctors" are unwilling, unable and useless. My son's pregnant wife was bit by a tick and likely my grandchild will be born with this debilitating disease. I pray that this disease will start receiving much more research funding.

Diagnosed with Lyme Disease, Bartonella, Babesia, Mycoplasmic pneumonia, EBV, and Rocky Mountain spotted fever.
