Governments are elected based on their compassion towards their subjects, like a mother caring for her son.

I have known Mrs. Abdelsayed and the whole family since childhood in Egypt. and throughout 30 years of expatriation in the UK. The Late Dr. Emad Arsany served this country till the very last days of his life while he was suffering from MS. Mrs. Abdelsayed was his carer throughout his illness. Now after so many years in this country, hjaving made it her home and establishing a network of friends and becoming part of a community; after the loss of her husband and son who are both buried in this country, I believe it is unfair to even consider sending her away. This is not a matter for the law to decide but for the conscience

I also know Mrs Fayza Gindy personally and witnessed the care and support she gave to herr son. She has been settled in the UK for many years and has close links to the local Coptic Church. I strongly support her appeal and hope this decision can be reconsidered on compassionate grounds.

I strongly believe that Mrs Theresa Mayne will look with passion on this sad and moving case for this old Egyptian Coptic grandmother and would know it is morally and humaneterianly unjustified to push her out of this country that has been the home for her and all of her family for so very long. Most of her family passed away and were burried in this country and she is only left with her only remaining son who is a good British citizen serving the country in Ths MHS.

This elderly lady has tolerated the intolerable looking after her late sun Dr Emad for years . She lost him for MS and buried him with his father in Solihull. I see no where on this earth for Mrs Fayza to be except with the only survivor of her family Dr Rafiek Arsany . He is the only living person in this wholeworld capable for looking after this sad lady. Please give her a break . She needs it .She hasn't got mush time left to go.

Totally support this petition as I knew well & was good friends Dr. Emad Arsany when I was doing my PhD in Birmingham over 1991-1993. I have witnessed the sufferings of Dr. Emad Arsany & how his mum's presence was vital to take care of him during his last years. I hope that this petition is accepted & tant fayeza remains in UK to remain with her remaining son Dr Rafik & not to be subjected to more pain & sufferings at her old age where she is entitled as a serving & loving person to peace & tranquility. Thank you
