I've seen our industry dwindle away since the original incentive went dry. PLEASE vote to fund this vital program so we can build a thriving film and TV industry here. The economics of this make sense for our state...let's not let GA have all of it. Thank you!

FILM AND TV productions are green industries, and they fuel tourism and real estate within the Florida economy. The majority of people who work in Film and TV are not "fat cats from Hollywood" but carpenters, make up artists and actors. Thank you

I went to film school here in Florida using financial aid, which comes from the state. Now, after graduating and faced with finding work in the film industry, my wife and I are looking to move to Atlanta or L.A. where we will be paying taxes to a state that did not invest in my education. Please do the right thing.

I am not at all sure why this is an issue that needs legislative action - but since it does - please pass SB 1214. Florida is a beautiful state and its greatest "product" is tourism. The film industry promotes Florida like no other venue ever could.
Thank you for promoting the great Sunshine State . . . Florida.

There is absolutely no reason why Florida shouldn't be ranked along with Georgia and Louisiana in terms of viability for film production.

I've made my living as an actress and acting teacher here in Orlando, Florida for over 20 years. The passage of SB 1214 will affect my business greatly.

Please consider this bill because it is very important to so many people here in Florida including my family. There is so much beauty in Florida....let's show the rest of the world thru film and tv which would create jobs for Floridians not too mention bring more tourists to Florida. Thank you.

Let's get the film tax incentive bill passed and get a skilled labor force based in Florida back to work IN FLORIDA, not our neighboring states with a incentive in place. Filmmaking is a great way to bring money into our state that spreads out into the community and back into tax rolls as well when the local workers buy locally, pay sales tax and our property taxes. Let's do this!

Please include the film, TV and digital media investment program language from SB1214 as part of the call for the special session. This bill will provide more job opportunities for teens and seniors as well as those who need full time work in the industry. Many talented individuals are moving to Atlanta where similar bills are bringing jobs to that area. We need this in Florida.

What the politicians have done in the state of Florida has try killed an entire industry in the state and called it good for business. Shame on all for lying and allowing the unemployment lines to continue to grow.
