The state film incentives helped me and my family buy our house. They enable our family to pay our taxes and provide for all our family living expenses.

Passing this would be good for all Floridians because many other jobs will be created to serve the needs of the entertainment industry. More jobs means more money spent and more sales taxes collected.

Let's do this to keep work flowing into the state. Taxes will be paid by the local hires every time we go shopping, buy gas, pay our property taxes etc...

Having worked in the TV industry (all outside FL), I hope we can make FLORIDA a MEGA-CHAMPION in the film/TV industry!

We need this for our state to grow in the business. I will have to move out of state to Georgia and spend my money there.

Owning and operating a small creative agency, I have the opportunity to work with a number of industries, including those in the film industry. More often than not, the discussion of location in and around our state (I am a native Floridian) is prejudiced by the incentives and lack of $$ available. Which dictates those conversations migrating towards other, stronger states. They want to film here, but the competition just isn't matched by Florida, so they pass on to another location. That's wrong. Having worked in tourism and entertainment management at Universal Studios for many years, I am keenly aware of the impact films that showcase the beauty of Florida can have on the EDC and local economies.

We need this for our state, our careers and to keep working for our dreams. This industry is growing and growing and every day we see very talented colleagues that have the the potential to shine and why not from the Sunshine State? This will have a very positive impact in our state economy and not only entertainers will be benificiated, hotels, restaurants, investors, educational institutions... Everyone

Georgia has taken away too many jobs from Florida simply because they have an incentive program in place...let's bring some of the jobs back!!!

Best use of tax funds I can think of as the return is a fantastic boom to local economies.

Our industry depends on our "representatives" listen to their constituents. We need these tax incentives to keep production coming to Florida.
