Please don't let politics get in the way of helping to reboot this important industry. Please, Please, Please look at what has happened in Georgia over the last two years. 2014 brought in over 5.4billion dollars into Georgias coffers from their mid size incentive program. Imagine the impact of that in Florida not to mention the priceless amount of exposure for our tourist industry. Please don't let right wing tea party lobbyist like Americans for Prosperity fool you with their self generated reports and data - this is a win win for the state.

I know people who have had to move to Georgia for work. People educated by the Florida taxpayer, who are now paying tax to Georgia. Save the Film Industry in Florida and keep our talent here at home.

Help me stay employed in the state of Florida. I am a 18 year member of Screen Actors Guild finding myself having a hard time earning any money in my profession here in my home state. I have gone to work countless times in Georgia and Los Angeles, but not once here in Florida in the last 5 years.

Although I'm an online student, I am a student of Florida's own Full Sail University and I love how knowledgable they are of the entertainment business. Florida has had success in the past involving the entertainment industry and they can be a big influence to the rest of the country if they continue supporting it.

The State needs needs feature films to come the state, the entertainment industry Florida will benefit from bringing films here and create jobs and awareness of the companies who will involved in the films. Florida use to be a hotbed for films we as a state need to bring back the film industry here. The economic value of the film market and the various locations lets bring back feature films.

We keep losing productions to states with strong incentives -- Louisiana, North Carolina. Even Florida producers look at other states with stronger incentives. Keep work here. It is an industry that keeps on giving -- people travel to places they see in films and on TV. Film incentives create work and drive up tourism. We only lose when we do not have strong incentives.
