I have lost my personalized family, school, church, work lists I made. I am lost. I live 2000 miles from family and can’t spend hours scanning newsfeed for family updates. The same goes for other “lists”. I do play a couple games so seeing all these posts plus ads, pages etc. makes it hours on end to streamline it to just family or just news feeds or just school chums. I have tried all the suggestions of bookmarking etc. I can’t create a new list because it says already used although after 2 days have been unable to find it. I tried to set up a new list with new name and it too disappeared. Some people found them n mobile devices. I could not. Yesterday and today again, I have lost so much contact. I sign on play my games and I’m off. I don’t have hours to weed thru newsfeed. I am thinking of deleting all pages, groups, fluff. How would your advertisers like that? If I clean up my FB to only have friends how does that loss of page clicks or liking reflect to your big dollar companies. Is there some way to boycott? Please bring this back for the hundreds who are posting complaints and getting no resolutions, not even a response.

Interest lists were the best thing that Facebook had. Had them set up so I could keep up with the topics I needed. Imagine me scrolling through hundreds of posts to pin down what happened in my business sector over the weekend. I'm sure it'll bring Facebook more ad revenue but I thought it was a user first service?

Interests (books, movies, etc) was an effective way for me to let people know what I like. I also used the section to evaluate the never-ending friend requests from people I don't know.

I miss the Interest feature on my home page. The sidebar is now lacking important features I used to use especially the Interest listing.

The Interests lists section of Facebook was an important tool that I used in many parts of my life, only one of which was keeping pages of Vendors, Performers, Donors, and Volunteers for our NFP's Annual Festival in one easy to access place.
I think this was a big mistake on Facebook's part, and it needs to be put back on the system. Not a good choice, FaceBook, NOT a good choice.

Without my interest lists, you will lose me as a user of FB. The lists were the only way I had of organizing friends, shops and personal interests into manageable groups. There is no way I'm going to click on each individual, shop or organization's page to see what they are up to. You've really blown it this time. I'm going back to emailing everyone I know. Every time you make an "improvement" I've ended up hating you more and spending less time online. You don't give ME a choice about ads showing up in my feed, the least you can do is leave my lists intact.. Thanks for nothing.

My Newsfeed repeats the same posts over and over again. I follow a lot more people and pages that are included in my Newsfeed. Now... I’m supposed to open each and every profile and page to get the up to date information. For example... I had a list that contained all the pages about businesses in St. Pete. I would use it to see what’s going on locally. I’m very upset. I want my Interest Lists back!

Without the option to personalize interest lists, Facebook is chaotic and clumsy, and absolutely no use to me. There are too many other options out there that will allow the user to determine how they want to organize their interest lists. The salt on the wound is that the new system is so rigid and ridiculous: an unchangeable list of pokes, games, live feeds, and offers?! Sorry, Facebook, you've blown it. Guess it's finally time to move on to another social media service.

I have almost 2000 liked pages in total and the most important interest list I had was "visual arts" with almost 600 pages in it! This way I used to be able to look at all kinds of artworks almost every single day! And now it's just not doable! I really hope they bring the lists back, this is horrible, the interest lists were one of the main reasons I liked Facebook!

Not at all happy with the new changes FB . I had my list organized on the way I wanted it . And now it's nothing but a total mess . If it's not broken then leave it alone .
