They have been known to ticket people who were nowhere near where the ticket was given. They can also make a light appear red when it was actually yellow.

The police use it for surveillance and they do not have to have a warrant to do it. We have to keep the Constitution viable. They are recording every single car every single thing that is wrong with each car so that they can identify it later when desired. This type of surveillance is unconstitutional. As public property we have the right to look at the pictures they're taking know when the pictures are taken and where they're being taken.

PPD stated they don't even deal with that company out of Orlando owned by foreign Person. Try to pay locally any redlight ticket generated by that company like it states on their paperwork, and you have to log into a site owned by them. PPD doesn't see any money from it. How much of our PII is being handed over to foreign personnel that sell it off to other parties?

AI surveillance is dangerous and often makes mistakes. It should not be used to track down people nor assist ICE in sending people to inhumane detention centers.

this may be a short term financial “win” but this can have major long term effects on the people it will harm, the city of pensacola should terminate its contract with flock cameras.
