As a dead man, my immune system is extremely compromised and I’m afraid to work in the office.

I was hired into a permanent virtual, wfh home position only for it to be revoked a little over a year later. Honor your employee agreements and offer letters, as this is your written intent to new employees.

I was hired as a remote employee and now I am forced into 2 hours of commute time per day, 3 days per week. I left my previous job that offered full time remote work to come here. BV had a great reputation but due to recent decisions I'm met with extremely low morale and distrust of leadership. I don't need to drive an hour to do my job, I have an office at home.

Please take a consideration to keep virtual or mobile the way that it is right now.

I do not want to RTO. I have submitted feedback via "feedback" link in email that was sent out.

As a new employee who is not affected by RTO, it is deeply concerning the way that this has been handled. There is no stated logistical, strategic, or financial reasons being given for this directive. It seems very regressive and disappointing from an objective perspective. This is not how a business adapts and modernizes. I foresee attrition and loss of business in the future if this type of management continues.

My job, as well as me personally, does not benefit from coming into a shared office space. I do not need any mentoring relationship and have no goals of climbing a corporate or management ladder. I’m fact, it is a huge negative, personally, to be in a shared work environment; car/gas maintenance, sitting for prolonged hours without the option for other positions, lack of personal choices from bathroom to kitchen to music.

I emailed Mario directly to try and understand the position of leadership to go this rout. My major concerns are that I was hired as a virtual role and returning to an office will increase my expenses and I have been offered compensation for the increase costs that BV is forcing me into, I am also concerned about destroying BV's culture while the leadership tries to 'save' it. It seems that we are creating a culture of exceptions and groups of employees who may not follow or enforce corporate policies.

It will go a long way in securing a successful transition to RTO if employee's arrangements are determined by department heads. The current mandate does not accommodate a diverse workforce.

I am concerned that an all-company RTO was kicked off without conversation or agreement among top leadership. I am concerned that future top-down mandates will lack the necessary system of checks and balances that is required to keep a company strong. Distribute the authority of defining RTO arrangements to the dept heads, where it belongs.

I feel like this will cause a loss in valuable employee retention. It does not effect me or my work location but does directly my team members.

Adapt to the future or get left in the past.

I was hired as a remote employee and the RTO plan does not work for my employment needs. I will need to seek new employment.
