I grew up listening to EWF and as a young adult if I had a bad day, playing my albums and singing their songs always uplifted my spirit. I lost my albums in storage years ago, but thanks to Google music, I was able to find and download digital copies of these albums (and not just compilations) and can now continue having my own EWF mini concerts! There is no commemoration of EWF without Maurice White. He and original members Larry Dunn and the Woofolk brothers are essential to the sound and legacy,as well as, pictured on most of their album covers! If you really are fans and truly love the music and messages than celebrate all that is EWF past and present. Thank you!

The group was, and is, a creation of Maurice White. The synthesis of his vision, and the talents of the original 9 are incomparable

I have always loved and enjoyed the music of Earth, Wind and Fire.

REF was/is a hometown band for fans in Denver, CO. Inclusion of Maurice White,Larry Dunn, Phil Bailey, Andrew Woolfolk and the other original members is necessary and appropriate. THEY made the music NOT Smithsonian! Since ya dont KNOW, the voice, the genius started with Maurice and Verdeen.Drum &Bass heartbeat. Listen to the people that know the music. Their music is about TRUTH, don't smear it with LIES of your institutions! They brought the LIGHT! KEEP IT THAT WAY!

The EWF that shaped my young adulthood included all 9.

We know Earth, Wind and Fire today due to the amazing body of work produced by the 9 men of the band's glory years. Include them all, please!

The legacy began with Maurice...the vision and concept was created and produced my him... He should definitely be included.. The original 9...I think so. .
