"Open fires" in El Dorado county parks should be banned while the conditions are tinder-dry.

This is genuinely INSANE it wasn’t done years ago. PREVENTION is critical. I live in Truckee….we would NEVER stand for this. I play in your area as 2nd home of a sort. PLEASE DONT ALLOW FOR THIS IRRESPONSIBLE SITUATion. Lives are genuinely at stake. BE SMART!

Please ban all fires including charcoal in El Dorado County considering what is going on with the Caldor fire. It is ludicrous that it is nit in place already.

it's crazy that we even have to ask for this to be done considering what is happening on the Caldor fire

Allowing open flames while so much of our state is burning is beyond reckless. Ban open fires at HLP now!

I don't live there, but I visit 10-30 times a year. Open flame BBQ's in parks are really inappropriate this year.

Please ban all open flames in the outdoors immediately. Fires start too easily in these conditions; sadly, the consequences are staring us in the face right now.

There should be no open flame of any kind, or glowing coal etc. allowed anywhere outside.

Given the state of our climate and the very dry conditions in El Dorado County, open fires should be banned. The fires have already ruined my whitewater seasonk! Let's not make it worse.

As an avid Gold Country paddler and descendent of Auburn pioneers, I am horrified by the lack of stewardship evinced in the lack of a fire ban. Please show Gold Country the respect it deserves.

Allowing barbeques in Henningsen Lotus Park during a time of California state park shutdowns is nonsensical. Add it to the list of shutdowns or at least instruct that it be no-flame.

Please ban all open fires in El Dorado county! The safety of our homes and forests depends on it. People can NOT be trusted to wield fire and their abuse of this privilege threatened communities and watersheds.
