Yes, parking lot would solve a lot of issues!

I would argue that this might even keep some traffic off of the neighborhood streets... Which would HELP the home-owners association!

To the neighboring HOA: The proposed parking lot would not be high traffic as it would be used by employees. Freeing space in the front lot would improve safety as well as allow the businesses to better handle customers.

Parking is the one issue that I fear will keep my husband from going to see the eye doc. :/ (it IS atrocious)

It's extremely hard to find a parking spot when visiting my eye doctor. Having additional parking in back would be very nice.

I support the parking lot expansion, as it is greatly needed. Not only does the current lot not provide enough spaces, it is a difficult lot to maneuver in and out at such a busy intersection.

Parking at Eyecare Consultants has been a problem for years but lately it has been extreme. I had an appointment in December and luckily my husband went with me because he had to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes before someone left and he could park. I can't believe that the neighborhood is opposed to this especially if they build a fence. Something has to change. Each time I go in for an appointment I worry that someone will hit my car in the crowded parking lot.

A parking lot behind Eyecare Consultants-Vision source would make it much easier to patronize the businesses at that location.

Parking is always a problem. The handicapped space is a big problem. I can only park there to get my mom to her appointment. It is at a spot where the parking space is raised for, I am assuming water drainage, and it at least 4 inches higher than the rest of the lot. I have a lot of problems getting her in and out of our vehicle and have considered looking for another eye care facility only because of the parking problem.

I support the building of this proposed parking lot to assist with the parking issues currently addressed by ECCVS.

Yes, please. The parking is dangerous because it is so cramped in there. I'm surprised that I find parking at all.

Parking is, as has been stated, terrible for these businesses, as it always has been (going back years to before Eyecare Consultants). This sounds like a workable solution and should have minimal impact on Walnut Hills, particularly if a suitable wall is built to "hide" the parking lot.

Give them a break and let them build the lot. It's not s bundling for peet sake!
