Parking solution for patients of Eyecare Consultants-Vision Source!

I believe a new parking lot is extremely important. I am a patient of ECCVS, and having to park across the street in a shopping center parking lot, then walking across a busy street to get to the office is not safe, yet many times it is the only solution. Therefore I strongly urge the City Council to approve the construction of a new parking lot!

I am a patient of Eye Care Consultants and can NEVER find parking at the office.

More parking is a must; walking across Arapahoe Road at that intersection is very dangerous.

Very well planned parking solution. No negative impact to adjoining residential neighbors despite their overblown and hyped overreaction.

This office needs the space and the plans will only improve the office space and be a great addition and deterrent for the neighbor hood crime.

Parking is dicey at best for this complex at this time. The ability to handle the influx of customers and patrons to all shops is impeded greatly and honestly does contribute to loss of business for these shops, not to mention the safety of those returning to parked cars, and patrons searching for a place to park. Something must be done, and not just building more parking spaces. There needs to be an honest inquiry per each business regarding the influx of patrons per day and a tally must be taken. It would also be a good idea to determine the amount of time each patron would spend at each business and when the parking is at its ultimate peak. These figures can more accurately determine the amount of spaces that will be needed to be equitable for all businesses. I hope this is taken seriously and measures are taken to rectify this situation.

I had to drive our truck to one appt and park across the street in the back parking lot because the parking situation there is so bad.

Staff using back lot will not cause heavy traffic, expanding lot will create easier entrance and exit off of arapahoe and yosemite.

There has to be a solution. Since the VAP shop opened next door there aren't any parking spaces.

A parking solution is needed for these businesses. Providing employee parking behind the office is a viable solution.

Parking in this strip is a huge concern. Unfortunately it has caused me to not come back to these business soley based on my concern for safety driving through. For the sake of the businesses and the customers, additional parking seems not only fair but also necessary.

Please build new parking

There is a critical need for extra parking for these businesses. The lack of adequate space is causing all of them to lose business. Isn't there some way you could compromise so everyone gets a little of what they want?

Please allow this long standing issue to be fixed! It is a safety concern, not to mention a huge inconvenience.

The parking currently is a nightmare.
