This business is one a neighborhood could only dream of having as a neighbor!!

It is a very dangerous parking lot. Between the tight space to drive/park to the expansion making less room for customers and employees to safely enter the business. To make room for customers, some employees park across the street and cross the busy intersection (which other local businesses don't like, and we could get towed for...). Crossing the street, I've almost been hit several times by drivers not paying attention to pedestrians crossing. When crossing the street, my clothes get muddy and snowy, and have slipped on the ice when the weather is poor, and I will repeat I have almost been hit by cars! The next best thing is to street park in the neighborhoods, which our cars could be hit, ticketed, or messed with by others, since there's no seperation between the neighbors and employees (and besides, who actually likes to park on the street?!). Street parking will cause more traffic on the neighborhood streets. This is offering a safe alt. to street parking in the neighborhood. The only logical and SAFE option is to build a parking lot for employees. My safety is more important than someone saying they don't want noise (which won't happen since it's a parked car. We park it at 7:45, walk to work, and leave by 5:30, all during the neighbors work day, as well... when's the last time parked cars had a party, violated noise ordances, etc.) These people will be at work, too.. so what's the problem?! Trust me, I own my own home, and can understand their concerns about this lot. But, after hearing about the plans and keeping an open mind, I fully support the building of a lot. It's safer to have a lot, than added parked cars parked in neighborhood streets, causing vision impairments, and getting in the way of other cars trying to drive. Either way, cars may be parked in the neighborhood (which is safer than crossing Yosemite or Arapahoe). They are widening the street. Out of pure common courtesy, there needs to be a SAFE place for the employees of ECCVS to park. This isn't a 7/11, or a motor home park being built. It is a parking lot for medical professionals to safely and conveniently park their vehicles, and (most likely) provide medial attentions to the residents of Walnut Hills.

It is very difficult to find parking there.

this is a common sense solution. Im sure some landscaping could resolve the visual issues.

The parking spots are so tight and poorly arranged that pulling in and out is very nerve-racking and, I feel, dangerous. The alternative is parking across the street, at a business that you are not patronizing and forcing their customers to also find alternative parking that may be inconvenient for them as well. Please allow this change to go through. If only employees are parking behind the offices, the home owners should not have a steady flow of cars entering and leaving throughout the day. Thank you for considering this change.

Parking across a busy intersection in order to see your Doctor is unacceptable. Please fix this.

ECCVS is reputable business that serves the community well. ECCVS not only enhances their patient's lives through the care they receive, but through business taxes and employment opportunities it provides the larger community as well.

I was almost rear ended trying to get into the parking area coming in from Yosemite due to the extreme congestion in the parking area in front of the businesses.

Having an extra parking spaces would alleviate the traffic jam caused by people parking where ever they can. It would be a safer corner.

The parking lot is a disaster. I'm handicapped and have to use a scooter but if the space is not available I do have to park elsewhere and it can be a very tight maneuver.
