For some reason USCIS cannot give an accurate number of E2 visa holders and business owners but it is believed to be at least 150,000. 1. E2 visa holders total over 300,000 plus their children. 2. We employ a minimum of over ONE MILLION American workers. 3. When we arrived in this country we collectively invested over $28 BILLION DOLLARS 4. Our sales figures ( TURNOVER ) are at least £140 BILLION

My E2 business supports 5 households. This was a start up in 2012 and is poised for expansion into new locations throughout the USA. Thank you for the opportunity to come to the USA and build my business

E2 visa holders invest in the community and create jobs for US citizens. This visa does not lead to a green card.

We are just asking for a fair chance at permanent residence and citizenship, if you know many E2 visa holders, you will quickly understand that they are the type of citizens that make a difference. Think about the values they bring to the table in payrolls, jobs, investment, yet they are the permanent 2nd class citizens with little to no rights and currently the only visa that does not offer a pathway to citizenship.

E 2 business visa holders are good for the US economy. They invest hundreds of thousands of dollars, they employ US citizens, buy US made products in the running of their businesses and in their everyday lives. They pay state and federal taxes, and they are all a huge part of their local communities. Eleven years now for our family without the prospect of permanent residency. Time for a change.

We create jobs not take them as the media would have you believe. Please overhaul this visa that destroys families when kids Age Out. We work hard and encouraged to grow our businesses to stay viable.
