E2 visa holders create jobs and opportunities for American citizens and we are happy to do so, but we would like to have the opportunity to plan our employees' and our own futures in a stable and secure manner - with no chance of permanent residence, this is currently not possible.

There comes a time when the USA has to recognize the importance of the legal immigrant population creating jobs and reward them accordingly. 13 years employing US citizens without the prospect of permanent residency is too long.
