Stop this non-sense, no one deserves to be kicked out of their home

The US system is archaic and does not currently support legal immigrants from the UK on E2 visas. Something needs to change.

We want justice for hard working people that have raised their kids here legally but are threatened to give up their livelihood.

Have had E2 visa since 1998, the year we created our company. Still going strong, employing Americans, paying our taxes and not sending money out of the USA. Without access to a green card however still have an uncertain future here.

Serious change is needed !

Please let this hard working family stay in the country they have made their home !!

To all this may concern, we are E2 investors and employ 10 local residents in our business. The ridiculous E2 renewal system does not allow us to invest to develop our business as we would like as we constantly fear our E2 Visa will be revoked following legislation. Please see that by allowing businesses to transfer to a green card following a prolonged (10 years) viable trading period would lead to further investment and the stability of the economy. Please help the E2 visa holders to get permanent status in the US since they employ US citizens and boost the economy with their businesses.

We have been on an E2 Visa for 19 years now still hoping that the law will change for us. We create jobs/pay our taxes. But you still want to throw my child out the country when he is 21 and he was only 1 year old when he came here. He did not ask to come to the states. We as parents decided this so why would you throw a child out when he knows no difference. PLEASE WE NEED CHANGE NOW

I created over 250 jobs in the past 15 years.

I am an E2 visa spouse and after 8 years here feel I should have the right to apply for a green card.

Why can't good people say here? They work, own business, pay taxes and are a plus to our country.

Productive, investing members of our society should be valued. Please permit this class to remain.

Please, this is ridiculous.

My husband and I have invested a lot of money (cash) into our business and have hired American citizens to work. We have purchased a home in cash and an apartment complex that generates incomes and provides work for those that support the running of the building not to mention housing for Americans. We are frustrated that with all this we cannot apply for a green card and ultimately become citizens of this great country. We hope that congress will look at this petition and give it due consideration considering all the facts.

These people end up hiring American workers. Renew, restrictions are tough and they invest in the American economy and the American way if life.

Keep this visa in place! There are so many jobs created through this investor visa. It brings prosperity to the US
