E2 visa holders should have the right to apply for citizenship, given their contributions to the US.

The holders of these E2 visas are contributing to the American economy, providing jobs, paying taxes, etc. They are solid individuals who should be allowed to apply for citizenship.

Roger, Barbra and Claire are outstanding people who run a wonderful business. They provide a much needed service and employ a number of staff who provide tender, loving care for our pets. They deserve to be treated in a much more permanent status.

We have been on an E2 visa since 2009, always been upstanding members of our local community, successfully operated our businesses for over 12 years and employed up to 10 full-time USA citizens and always paid our taxes. Still, we are subjected to having to justify our stay in the USA every 2 years !! Surely, we have paid our dues and deserve to have the right to be treated as legal members of this great country and be secure that our kids have the right to grow up and become fine upstanding citizens one day. Is this too much to ask ?

After more than 10 years running a small biz & giving employment to American workers, I would now welcome the opportunity to apply for a Green Card. This would my wife & I some certainty for our future and remove the stress & burden that comes with having to return to the UK every 5 years & renew the E2 Visa.

signing this petition to find a quicker way to permanent residency the administration involved in renewing all our paper work every two years is exhausting let alone the uncertainty of our future.

Please support E2 Visa holders and the children of E2 holders who came to this Country legally as children, The USA is the only home they know,

Immigration reform should be made not only for undocumented residents but also for documented workers as well. E-2 visa holders are job creators here in America, if they are given the opportunity to apply for green card, the status of E-2 employee will be more solid.

I believe legal immigrants add to this country and there should be some way of working towards a green card for your family

I'm an E2 visa holder for 17 years. It is very frustrating not having a certain future due to my visa and having my kids to find a Visa that will allowed them to stay in USA when they will be turn 21 years of age It is horrible to live with the fear that we could lose everything we worked for Every 5 years we have to apply for the visa. Everytime it is stressful, expensive and time consuming

The E2 Visa really needs to be a first step on the road to Citizenship for the hard working self sufficient people
