Please Tell The Town Of Dryden Board How You Really Feel About Double Digit Property Tax Rate Increases

How can you justify these kind of increases? I have not had any raise in my salary for a number of years. My wife and I are talking about how we will have to move out of the state because we won't be able to afford living here. THANKS A LOT!!!

Do not want a tax increase.

We pay enough property taxes as is. Why keep taxing hard working citizens who pay their dues?

We have the righ to know where our tax dollars are going. The town board sure doesn't deserve a rasie. Stay out of our pockets!

This is absolutley rediculous how do they expect people to make enough money to live on and pay rediculous taxes? Where does all the money go?

Double digit taxes increases have to stop. We do not need a planning department as big as it is. Infrastructure for water and sewer upgrades to attract business so they can help lessen the tax burden.

Ridiculous. These taxes are already way too high! I'm not going to be able to afford to live here, and our family loves it here.

It was apparent to anyone sitting in the audience at the Town Board Meeting that most of our elected officials didn't care about public opinion. They didn't have the facts straight, and they couldn't answer a question about the tax % increase. However; they passed this budget. How disheartening!

When Democrats lie, deceive, refuse to debate and smear in Dryden (or anywhere for that matter), Democrats win. It makes me wonder about those who follow such tactics.

the voters were lied to so that a few special politicians could keep their job...information was withheld that would have changed the outcome of the most recent election...these board members should resign....period

as a town of dryden business owner I must object to the notion that spending is so out of control that you do not/did not have a clue on the state of affairs until just after the election....the 2017 budget was submitted before the election, projected sales tax revenues and state aid was known before election....town tax assessment rolls are a know factor....the shortfall can be calculated per assessed 1000.00 in a mater of minutes...you, the town board elected not to do that or not share that info.... and you wonder why there is such DISTRUST in our politicians....
