My wife and I are not at all in favor of this development project given the lack of progress by the developer with regard to the issues the homeowners have raised.

Our household is against this for all of the reasons specified in the petition. This is unsafe and non-conforming. Our concerns extend to the construction traffic and air quality as well. Please consider everything in making this important decision.

I'm not opposed to development of water tank hill, just this particular developer. They obviously dont have any community interest in mind and they are going to threaten the health of my family.

As a physician and home owner on Parrott drive, I am very worried about the health aspects and potential land slides associated with this development project.

We have two young toddlers who would be at risk of asthma exacerbations with the development project and ask that the project be stopped!
